| A fresh take on modular furniture, Legaré offers stylish curvilinear designs crafted of eco-friendly materials that assemble and rearrange with unparalleled ease. In just three minutes or less with no tools, screws, or bolts needed, individual components lock snugly together to become sturdy, stable office and home pieces that will provide many years of high-quality service. Legaré's Select line is made of engineered composite wood with solid-wood surface veneers. Engineered wood, manmade from small wood pieces and adhesives, has several environmental advantages: large panels of wood can be made from small-diameter trees; the use of wood scraps and wood with defects reduces waste; and engineered products are often stronger and less prone to warping from humidity than solid timber. Plus, all the wood Legaré uses is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. This 47-inch-by-47-inch corner desk makes a hip, modern office statement either alone or attached to a larger Legaré configuration with peninsulas, extensions, or straight desks on either side. The desk comes with three 12-inch shelves and six position options, spaced 6-3/8 inches apart, for either easy customizing or adding extra shelves (sold separately). Three 3-1/2-inch cutouts on the desktop provide concealed cable management, and a low back riser can hold an accessory shelf or hutch. Available in an ash veneer with an Espresso finish and an oak veneer with a Wheat finish, the desk's work surface is reversible so even heavy use won't mar its good looks. It requires only three minutes to assemble and a few seconds to disassemble. All Legaré furniture is backed by a three-year warranty. --Kara Karll |

| I bought this desk two weeks ago and have been very happy with it. It's extremely strong and I expect it to be durable. The pieces are very heavy, I had to open the box on the patio and bring them in one by one to put the desk together. It was super easy to assemble, and it will be just as easy to move when necessary. I also bought the peninsula, and now have a very spacious desk top. I chose the wheat finish, and the veneer is beautiful and not reflected well in the photograph. I appreciate the eco-friendly principles behind the furniture construction, which you can learn more about on their website. |

We were recently looking for new computer desks with a modern contemporary look. We've gone down the path of the wood dowel and glue with press board path and were ready for something different. After researching it for quit a bit, we decided to get two of these corner desks with a bridge between in Espresso.
What we weren't prepared for is how great they look in person. The color just looks dark brown and you can't see the surface detail in pictures. The espresso finish is truly awesome to look at and goes great in our home office. We were also surprised how solid the desks are once assembled. Once you slide the top into place there is no give at all. We're planning on getting the bookcase as well as another bridge just to use as a small desk.
The only drawback that we found is what another commented about the weight. They are heavy in the shipping box and we had one desk that got damaged in shipping but in normal Amazon fashion they immediately took care of us and replaced it. We can testify to the fact that they only take a few min to assemble and highly recommend them. |

The desk gives a lot of table space. It looks small and dinky in picture but once assembled it is nice to look at and perfect for my apartment computer shrine. And a lot bigger than it looks in the photos.
This desk is the best buy I've made so far from Amazon. It was cheaper before and I scooped it up. A bit disappointed that it came damaged but happy that Amazon took care of the return with no added inconvenience (It was heavy and they sent someone to pick up the return. That's service). |

| I love this desk! It went together in less than 5 minutes without any tools or fasteners, and the joints are solid and secure. I love the curved lines and simple, elegant functionality of the desk. The color and grain is nice as well. A great, stylish corner desk. |

| Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R3BUTTYQPM0BAB Legare Furniture ... without doubt, the coolest furniture on the planet. It assembles out of the box in less than 3 minutes with no tools, no hardware and no headache! Check out this video where Brock Brandenberg (Legare's designer) disassembles the Legare 42" corner desk, reverses the shelves and desktop, and changes it from a two-tone oak/espresso finish into a solid espresso finish in less than 1 minute ... utterly amazing!!! All panels are finished on both sides, so you can flip the top or shelf to double the life of the product for years and years of use. Sturdy interlocking tab & slot assembly is based on a patented "forcing function" concept whereby each step in the assembly locks the preceding step in place ... it will literally hold hundreds of pounds of weight ... a rock solid design with tons of user friendly features like adjustable shelving, asymmetric reversibility, cable managment, modularity, portability, and the list goes on and on. This product is one of the finest values on Amazon.com! |
